Executive Director
Dr. Diallo brings 20 years of experience in infrastructure finance across Sub-Saharan Africa, having previously served at the African Development Bank and the World Bank's Infrastructure Finance practice.

Director of Research
Professor Asante is a leading scholar in African infrastructure economics, with a PhD from the London School of Economics and over 60 peer-reviewed publications on infrastructure investment and development.
